Use eBay from your mobile phone

You've been bidding furiously on an eBay item you've simply got to have, but you've got an appointment to go to. Time is running short and if you stay at your computer to make sure you win... you'll be late.

Not any more. Orange has teamed up with eBay to let you keep eBaying on your mobile, so you never need worry about taking your eyes off a live auction again.

To recieve a link to download the application just text the word "eBay" to 247 - we'll text you straight back with the link to the Orange eBay wap portal which is where you can download the application.

What can Orange eBay mobile do?
The great thing about eBay is that it doesn't just show you when you're winning, it tells you when you're not - and Orange's eBay mobile application does exactly the same.

In fact, it does a lot more. Now, from your mobile phone, you can:

     - Bid on the move
     - Keep track of your own bids
     - Search for items from your mobile
     - Be alerted when you win an auction
     - Check back on all the auctions you have won - and lost

Ready to start bidding on the move? Then find out if your handset is compatible - and if it's not, you can still do all the above from the Orange eBay wap portal through Orange World or again by texting the word "eBay" to 247.

Will the app work on my phone?
Below is a list of mobile phone handsets which can currently support the Orange eBay mobile application.

If yours isn't among them, don't worry: we're working hard to make sure the list will grow to include as many phones as possible in the near future.

In the meantime you can access many eBay mobile features, including bidding and checking to see what you've won through the Orange eBay wap portal.  You can access the site either by texting "eBay" to 247 or go to Orange World where it is located through the Internet and A-Z channels.

Remember: You can also recieve a link to download the application by texting the word "eBay" to 247 as well - we'll text you straight back with the link to the Orange eBay wap portal which is where you can download the application so you can get started with the minimum of fuss.
